PoiseOps / Services / AI and Automation Coaching

AI coaching and automation coaching, built around your real workday

You do not need another hype talk. You need someone to sit beside you, say "show me what your actual workday looks like," then shape AI and automation around that. I coach one on one and in small team sessions, inside the tools you already use, so practical AI becomes a very fast assistant instead of one more thing to manage.

Calm, hands on AI training for teams and solo pros

Most AI advice is either a buzzword keynote or a giant new platform nobody asked for. This is neither. We sit down together, screen share or in person, and start from what your day really looks like. Then I show you exactly where AI and a few small automations save you time, and just as importantly, where they do not belong.

We work inside your real tools, like Outlook, Gmail, Word, Excel, Teams and whatever AI assistant you already have. You write a tricky email, clean up a messy spreadsheet, or rough out a proposal, and I show you how to do it faster with AI watching your back. Because we use your actual files and your actual problems, what you learn sticks. There is no sandbox to forget about the moment we hang up.

This is practical AI coaching, not theory. You stay the expert in your own field. AI just becomes the assistant who never gets tired, drafts the first version in seconds, and lines up the busywork so you can do the thinking only you can do. If you would rather have all of this baked into one platform, I also built HumbleSuite, an all in one business platform at humblesuite.com, and we can fold your coaching into that too.

What you get

Sessions shaped around your tools, your team and your real work.

Every engagement is built from your actual workday, so the list below bends to fit you. Here is what coaching usually includes.

  • One on one or small team sessions where we work inside your real tools, not a generic demo
  • Practical use of AI for email triage, writing, cleanup and brainstorming, using prompts you can reuse
  • Small, realistic automations around proposals, documents and reports so the repeated work runs on its own
  • Hands on Power Automate flows that move important items into tasks, calendars, trackers or folders
  • Clear, written rules for when AI makes sense and when it does not, so your whole team stays safe and consistent
  • Honest guidance on privacy, cost and what to keep out of AI tools, so you stay in control of your data
  • A short, plain language cheat sheet so the team keeps going after our sessions end

You stay the expert. AI just becomes a very fast assistant.

If this sounds like you, coaching helps fast

You keep hearing you should "use AI" but nobody has shown you what that means for your job. You opened a chatbot once, got a bland answer, and quietly closed the tab. Your team is curious but nervous, or worse, half of them are pasting sensitive information into random tools with no rules at all.

Maybe you rewrite the same kinds of emails every week, rebuild the same report every month, or lose an afternoon cleaning data before you can even start the real work. Maybe proposals and documents pile up and the deadline scramble never ends. That is exactly the friction AI coaching and a few small automations are built to remove, without you having to become a programmer to get there.

A focused, step by step reset

1
Discovery
Show me what your actual workday looks like.

A short call or screen share where you walk me through real life, not the polished version. Together we find the few tasks eating your time and energy, and the spots where AI and automation would actually pay off.

2
Design
We pick a few wins worth chasing first.

A simple plan in plain language. We choose the email habits, AI prompts and small automations that give you the biggest relief, and we agree on what good looks like before we touch anything.

3
Build
We practice and set it up together, inside your tools.

We work live in your real files. You try the AI on your own writing and data, I help you set up the Power Automate flows, and you keep the prompts and steps so you can do it again without me.

4
Poise and tuning
We refine it once it meets real life.

I stay close after the first sessions to tighten prompts, fix any rough automations, and adjust the rules to how your team really works. You end up calm and confident, not dependent on me.

A few things people ask first

Do I need to be technical to get value from AI coaching?

No. We work inside the tools you already use, like Outlook, Gmail, Word, Excel and the AI assistant you have. You stay the expert in your own work. I just show you where AI saves real time and how to use it without turning your job into a science project.

Is this just chatting with AI, or do we build automations too?

Both. We cover practical AI for email triage, writing, cleanup and brainstorming, and we build small, realistic automations around proposals, documents and reports. When a flow makes sense, I help you set it up with tools like Power Automate so the repeated work happens on its own.

Can you coach a whole team, not just one person?

Yes. I run one on one sessions and small team sessions. AI training for teams works best when we set shared rules for when AI makes sense and when it does not, so everyone is using it the same safe way. I serve the Front Range in person and the whole country remotely, and I welcome veteran owned businesses and public sector or grant funded teams.

Where to go next

Want AI to feel like a helper, not homework?

Send me one message with what your workday looks like, how big your team is, and which tools you live in. I will reply with a suggested first session and a simple, honest plan. No giant intake, just a real conversation.
I reply personally. No bots, no giant intake forms.
